Naev 0.12.0-beta.3

With the bug frenzy calming down, we are proud to announce version 0.12.0-beta.3. This release contains a myriad of bug fixes and should be quite close to the final 0.12.0 version that is planned before the end of the year. - Fixed collisions for some ships at certain angles
- Changed mouse click selection priority, it prefers spobs/jumps and will ignore clicks reselecting the same object
